As a registered member of Global Aviation Network, you have agreed to be bound by the terms of service and guidelines that have been provided to you in this documentation. Also, if you do not agree to these terms and agreements then the person in question may not use or be associated with Global Aviation Network.

2) Illegal, Unlawful, Malicious, and Disruptive use are PROHIBITED. As a registered member of Global Aviation Network, you have agreed that you will not use the website, forums, content, voice server or flight server environment in any illegal or prohibited manner as stated in this document. If you choose to violate these terms your registration and permission to use these services will be immediately terminated. If, after thorough investigation, you have been found to be in violation of these terms; accompanied to violate these terms, or involved with any illegal / disruptive activities we reserve the right to terminate the user with or without notification at both current and future occasions.

3) Description of Service Provided. GlobalAviationNetwork.org and all of it's content, including but not limited to: website, forums, content, voice server and flight server environment are sole ownership and property of globalaviationnetwork.org (Les Fowler - Owner / Operator). Global Aviation Network was created to provide a dedicated flight simulation community and to host multiple-user activities that can be enjoyed by mature flight simulation members. Using this service for any other reason than that provided above is in violation of these terms and agreements. You are solely responsible for your actions and conduct while using these services and ensure that these terms will be upheld without violating the stated terms and agreements.

4) Termination At any time, with or without warning, your access to the Global Aviation Network's website, forums, content, voice server and flight server environment can be terminated for violation of the terms and agreements as stated above. A user of services from Global Aviation Network will likely be terminated for reasons that include, but are not limited to: (1)violating the terms of Global Aviation Network, (2)activities that are causing, or are an accompany to causing conflict between one or more parties involved, (3)use of controversial, foul, disruptive, or objectionable language in written or spoken communication in excess, (4)abuse of website resources and services or attempts to gain unauthorized entry into the website, forums, voice server, or flight server environment and registering as a member of globalaviationnetwork.org while being under the required age limit of 15 years old.
